25.01.2022 Here's a tip for charging your phone when the power is out: plug your phone into your laptop. If you're laptop runs for a few hours on battery it might be enough to recharge your phone a reasonable amount. Some laptops even have a yellow or red USB connection in the back that allows your to charge your device without even switching on the laptop.

22.01.2022 Anytime know a place in Pirie that would like some computer parts donated (speakers, motherboards, laptop bags etc)? Maybe someone that likes to play with computer parts and put pieces together for people for no profit? Looking for a community minded person. I seem to recall someone associated with the Christian radio station that wants to put computers together to give away to people, but I can't find their contact details.

20.01.2022 Just a quick update for followers of my Rural Computer Services page. I am still doing onsite work for people (mostly businesses). I am currently booked out until February 2017. Since closing my shopfront, I have found more time to dedicate to other things: specifically, my friend Al and I have started a tour company called In The Flinders. This business will aim at providing walking tours and running events in the Southern Flinders. These tours etc will be occupying my weekends and some school holiday periods. I don't expect any conflict in availability with my time at Rural Computer Services. If you have any questions, please fire away or inbox me :)
