I would like to thank all Exhibitors and attendees for participating in the Drought Support Expo we recently put on in Gatton on the 4th Nov 2020 The event was a great success and many of the participants were appreciative of the effort that Lockyer Valley Regional Council made to bring this event to fruition for the benefit of rural communi...ty. It brought together all levels of support of different agencies in one place where the rural community could connect with the varies support network and reconnect with their community, friends and acquaintances Highlights included; Climate forecast/outlook by the Dept of Agriculture and Fisheries was very well received and some great news for the future with the potential for higher than average probability of exceeding median rainfall.
