23.01.2022 As restrictions are gradually lifted and as we go into a much anticipated break over the long weekend, it is still very important that we continue to practice all the strategies that have kept us and our vulnerable people and communities safe. Please remember the following simple principles and practices that will continue to assist us with flattening the curve: wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an al...cohol-based hand sanitiser avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands avoid close contact with people who are sick stay home when you are sick cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, dispose of the tissue in the rubbish clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces seek medical advice and testing if you have any Covid-19 like symptoms.
