02.01.2022 Rural Nursing Services has again applied for the much loved aqua aerobics program for the healthy lifestyles program funded by the mid-western regional council. Bernadine and Robbie are excited to continue this excellent program. Aqua fitness classes are a great way to get fit and cool off at the same time. Aqua is especially good for people with joint problems or anyone who finds it difficult to exercise on dry land. (No head submersion is required). Fingers crossed Rural Nursing Services is allowed the opportunity to continue servicing our community through this invaluable program.
