23.01.2022 Great work Charlotte! Good practice for Tour of Gippsland
23.01.2022 This weekend saw the 5th round of the NRS down in beautiful Lorne. Amy's Otway Tour started with a brutal Crit around the main straight of Lorne, and taking in 30+ laps of the infamous "Amy's Wall" which tops out at 20% incline. A race of attrition with only 9 people finishing all laps, we had Lucy manage to stay with the main bunch in her first race back in a couple of years. A stellar effort! Stage 2 was ran on the Amy's Gran Fondo course today in cold but beautiful conditions. A hilly course with plenty of attacks, but it eventually came down to a reduced bunch sprint in Lorne with Matilda sprinting well to take 5th! 04.01.2022 This weekend the team headed to the (much much) warmer than Melbourne town of Murwhillumbah for the Battle on the Border! 3 Days/4 Stages of hot racing with the team doing well to get Matilda up for 4th in yesterday's road stage, and another top 10 on GC.
