14.01.2022 A very tricky Ducted installation for the boys last week in Newport! A very tight roof space made it impossible to fit the required size unit! 10.01.2022 6 x split systems - Chermside West Well done Team! Wow, Russell Air provide a top notch service from the word go, from their Initial quotation, their booking deposit through to their supply and install. The quote service with Lachie was very informative and professional. The supply wait time was a little long during the months of Sept-Nov 2020 due to Port strikes, not helped by Covid19 either, but the waiting was worth it.... We ordered Mitsubishi Heavy Industry units instead of the usual Mitsubishi Electric as these units have smaller kw models (1.7kw) for smaller than usual bedrooms. Russells prices were very competitive and and we were notified of each step by Amber in Administration. All the staff are lovely to deal with. We had a tricky install lined up for the boys but nothing fazes these professionals. James, Will and young Cal worked like clockwork together. It was a hot day which included a Saturday first day of a heat wave. James was in charge of the install that day. Several times during the initial install, the Managing Director (Mitch Russell) would call by to check on the Quality of the works being done. The Russell crew even clean up as they go. Their Electrical Contractor Paul provided a fantastic and friendly service from fitout of cables to wall switches plus the correct install of the pole safety switch connections and electrical safety check in the Meter box. They are very professional and leave a nice, tidy finish on site. I am more than happy to recommend Russell Air to other prospective customers.
