16.01.2022 Dear Applicants and Support workers This is an important message I must get through to you. We are receiving a lot of calls with abuse as applicants have not got a call back from an application you think you meet the criteria too and this will not be tolerated, our staff are instructed to simply hang up the phone call. ... There are a few things to understand and simple reasons to why you may not have got a call.... * There is one position advertised over four Job boards including Facebook, so over 100 + resumes to considered for one position. Not all applicants get a response. *Our recruitment consultants are experts in the industry and consider those that meet our clients needs. If you have received a call back from us, you will always get an outcome call. *Most applicants through Facebook do not read the first paragraph of the advert which states " to be considered for this role, you must send us your resume to the email provided" Facebook simply does not allow us to see a full resume. *Simple luck, you don't know where you sit in the line of applicants and fortunately for us we may have found our person in the first 3 resumes screened. If this happens we do keep our ads live as we keep resumes for future roles, so next time we can contact people directly and avoid advertising. Calling with rude attitude simply puts you in a bad position for future roles with us, names and phone numbers will be flagged through our team. If this is something you don't agree to we advise you do not apply for roles with Russell Healthcare. Thanks for understanding.
