17.01.2022 A day in the life of your Thrive Kit The sun rises and it’s time to jump out of bed you head straight to your free diffuser that came with your kit and pop a few drops of Peppermint & Lemon in and hit the diffuse button. As the aroma hits your nose you are gently invigorated and feel like your ready to start your day ... You hop in the shower and throw in an RC shower fizzy that you made from the recipe on Oily Oms , your lungs expand as you inhale those yummy eucalyptus oils. You hop out and gently massage your glow Serum that you made from your kit, Frankincense, Lavender, lemon onto your skin, it feels soooo good Then you head to the kitchen and grab your Ningxia Red sachet and pop it into your favorite smoothie, filing your body with antioxidants and nutrients. It’s time for a quick mindfulness breathing technique to centre you for the day. You get to work and there’s that person that presses your buttons and dumps on you constantly. You grab your Valor, pop a drop on your chest, then grab your Frankincense and put a drop on the back of your neck. All of a sudden you feel like a goddess warrior with armer all around you. The person walk past and smiles and doesn’t stop your doing a high five in your mind You eat lunch way to fast and feel really uncomfortable, so you pull out your Digize and peppermint and rub a little on your belly. Mmm feels good You head back home and decide to pop a few drops of Stressaway on to your car diffuser and your trip home feels like your on a tropical island, sipping on your favorite drink yes !!! You walk in the door and pop a few drops of StressAway into your free diffuser to continue your island getaway Then hop into a lavender and orange bath and bliss out. Now I have many versions of this but you get the drift.

17.01.2022 Who feels like they over indulged this Christmas ? Or maybe this crazy year led you to not always making the best choices in food. Or maybe the challenges this year created the emotions that led to comfort eating or grabbing food on the run I’ve had this nagging uncomfortable feeling the last few months as I’ve put some weight on. ... I’ve found myself saying, don’t worry it’s ok, there’s worse things happening right now , so don’t worry about it ! But you know what I do worry about it, it’s not the weight so much but the feeling that comes with it. That heavy feeling, the loss of confidence, everything feels so much harder when I put on weight. So from today I’m back into my regime, 20 minute walk, cutting out all the foods that I know don’t work for me. And making sure I check in before I eat, am I really hungry, am I filling an emotion, is this food good for me. Adding in the 2 things that support me to get back on track. Ningxia Red & Slique Essence Ningxia Red is full of tons of antioxidants, it’s a purée and not a juice, so less sugar and more fiber. It’s great for curbing those sugar cravings and fills your body with nutrients. Gives you the energy to stay on track. 09.01.2022 Puppy’s are full of energy and they bring so much joy But just like children they need help navigating their emotions and behavior. It’s so easy to talk in a high pitch voice because they are so dam cute and everyone that meets a puppy goes Gaga But when the behavior turns and it’s not so much fun when they are going nuts and out of control, there’s this school of though they need time out When what they really need is time in ... Zani is a high energy pup and so much fun ! Sometimes she needs exercise to release some energy and other times she needs some help to calm down. Zani is loving her massage, I start with applying a little Young Living lavender(not all lavender is suitable, ) on my hands and rub it on the back of her ears and on her chest. This always calms her down to be more present for training and also ready for her massage. Then I start with a Valor Balance, with Valor Essential Oil, this is a great technique for everyone, it’s so easy and so relaxing. 08.01.2022 Gratitude This year has been filled with so many blessings and there has been so much gratitude along the way. I feel so grateful for my YL business and our beautiful team of amazing people. The connections, relationships, adventures are amazing. ... In these diverse times we chose to Rise Rise up and grow on so many levels ! I feel very grateful and proud of myself & my team for being consistent & not giving up. When we closed our clinic during covid, the reality hit ! No income !!! The bills don’t stop, we need to eat and live, our horses and dogs need to eat and our clinic still has bills when it’s closed ! Then my monthly YL pay check landed into our bank and I think for the first time I really experienced the gratitude of growing my business. I looked at that pay check and instantly felt relaxed knowing we would be more than ok. Oh my goodness this is amazing and the best part is it’s a side effect of being passionate about helping others find their passion and create a life of wellness & abundance I love that anyone can do it if they are prepared to work and be teachable ! 03.01.2022 Don’t hide from Fear ! Fear is not your enemy unless it’s out of control , then you are ruled by your fear and you have just thrown any intuition you had out the window Fear can often be so programmed into you that you don’t even realize you are in it because that’s all you have ever known. ... Fear of not getting the job Fear of not reaching your goals Fear of people not liking you Fear your kids will make mistakes Fear your not a good mum Fear to try new things Fear to speak your truth Fear to leave a relationship FEAR FEAR FEAR EVERYWHERE !!! The first thing to do is recognize that fear is an emotion. Is this emotion working in your favor or stopping you from living your life. Your mind loves fear and will thrive of every fearful thought. So how do you get through your fears ? Start with a few simple things, recognizing it’s a fear. Start to spend 7 minutes twice a day doing a simple mindfulness technique. (Check out my mindfulness meditation video) it’s super easy and you can adapt it to your style. Ground and protect your energy ( check out my simple grounding video ) this is a big one as so many fears come from others and energy around you. Walk 20 minutes a day , if you can’t get out exercise inside , yoga, aerobics, something to get you moving. Become aware of your thoughts , yep be the observer of your thoughts. Are you thinking negatively which then creates the fear ? The most important thing is that you start somewhere! Be consistent, before you know it you will be feeling more in control of your thoughts which will create a much better outcome

I never forget the first time I used Valor , I was about to step out of my comfort zone and I was literally feeling like I was going to sh.... myself I remember rolling it on my neck and smelling the aroma ! ... I felt like I had just been transported into a spider man movie , It was like I could feel the essential oil running through my veins.
