24.01.2022 Bit of #FOGO happening

23.01.2022 #FOGO contract

23.01.2022 A few weeks ago we were approached to participate in this donation of a B Double load of prime quality hay for a struggling dairy farming family near cobargo. We understand all farmers are doing it tough but for this family it’s been about as though as it gets having lost their son in an accident at the end of the driveway one afternoon getting off the school bus. Honestly seeing the cross and flowers on the day of this footage I’m not ashamed to say I shed a tear. Coincident...ally Noah’s favourite NRL team was the Melbourne Storm and thanks to the Canberra Raiders and VB Noah’s pattens will be watching them tomorrow night taking on the Roosters. Personally I can say delivering this load of hay on the day of filming was an extremely moving and emotional experience. I urge everyone to watch the 90 seconds of footage. Cheers everyone, enjoy the long weekend and go the Storm L.K. Russell.

17.01.2022 Well as 2019 draws to an end we make our final post of the year with somber emotions and heavy hearts. Firstly I’d like to send sincere condolences to the families of Cobargo that lost two men from one family. A father and son no less, an absolute tragedy. Personally I did know both of these men and i can not express enough how sorry we here at RUSSELLS are for your loss. Secondly to our fire fighters.... a massive thanks and an open extension of assistance in any way possib...le, fuel, water, mechanical assistance. Once again this touches my heart closely as one of my nieces and brother in law are battling these fires in the Cobargo and Brogo area. Finally I’d like to thank the following business and Govt. agencies for their support over the last year, and years prior. RMS and BVSC All Frieght Finance. Melbourne. Chris Robinson Earthmoving. Coffs Harbour. Tyrepower, BEGA Sapphire Hydraulics, BEGA Fimac Engineering, BEGA WesTrac, Wollongong and Canberra. Canberra Truck Centre. Autosmart Canberra. Metro Petroleum, Tura Beach. B & L Smith, BEGA. RDM BEGA. To my staff and people that have contributed in keeping our operation rolling through this tough year, to name you all individually would be almost impossible, and huge thanks and one in particular my partner Becky Honeyman. In closing I wish you all a better 2020 than the year we leave behind tonight. Cheers friends and followers, here’s a few pics from this year and catch ya all when the smoke clears LK Russell.
