18.01.2022 All players are encouraged to have a player sponsor for this up and coming season. If players are unable to find a sponsor let Josh or Nathan know as we are lucky to have Sponsors who are willing to sponsor a number of players. This is a great way to welcome in more families and friends of players as well as new businesses to the club. 17.01.2022 ***CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT*** Tonight after Senior training we will be having Pizza’s for dinner as well as the bar will be open. We will have all Covid guidelines in to make sure we are all socially responsible, everyone is welcomed.... Remember that tomorrow is a public holiday and this will be a great way to catch up with old, current and new teammates before a massive 20/21 season ahead. We have been getting great numbers to training including plenty of juniors training with the seniors. The future is looking very bright!! Please comment below if you will be attending. 16.01.2022 ***Junior Memberships*** Please be aware that junior players need to register and pay prior to their first games starting next week. Part of this payment is for insurance to protect each player.... MyCricket no longer allows us to select an unregistered player to play. Please note that U15's will still be registering with RCCC. Players only need to register and pay for their primary age group. I.e. Any U15's playing U17's only need to register and pay for U15's. Same for U13's playing some U15's and so on. 2020 memberships are as per last season. 03.01.2022 Woolies Blast Senior Players needed to help! When: Sunday mornings 11.00am -12.00 Dates: Sunday 1st November through to Sunday 13th December (7 Sessions)... Where: Jetty Flat Why: With the present Covid Restrictions and recommendations of Cricket Australia our program will be presented in a different format this year. This year we are only allowed two groups on the oval and one group in the nets area with no cross over of equipment. Other normal Covid protocols will also be adhered to including social distancing and no contact including high fives, shaking hands etc. In previous years the groups have rotated around activities and come together for a game of cricket to finish the session. This year the participants will stay in a designated group in a designated area (e.g. nets) for the whole session. Of this year’s registrations 16 are new families to our Club! Parents are happy to assist but we can’t be seen to be asking them to ‘run’ the program. What’s Involved: I need a couple of players to run an area (10-12 participants) for the session. Everything will be set up and a sheet explaining the 60 minutes will be provided. Just turn up at 10.45am and I’ll quickly run you through the session. In simple terms it could look like this: * Warm-up throwing and catching a ball * Activity bowling practise * Drinks Breaks * Finish with a ‘game of cricket’ Thanks, David

01.01.2022 ***** CREEK NEWS***** ..........Tonight’s Training.......... All 4 teams will be selected tonight for the first time this season. After a fantastic turn out last Thursday night with over 35 players at training, this holds us in great stead for a big 2020/21 season. ... ..........Player Sponsorships............ Make sure to see Nathan Divall or Josh Campbell tonight to get your player Sponsorship in at the club. We have already had a handful come in and it would be great to get all senior players on board as well many juniors and their families involved. $50 per player sponsor. ...........This Saturday Night.......... The club will be putting on a bbq dinner for all players, and families to go through all Saturday’s match reports as well getting ready for division 3 games on Sunday! This will be great way to see everyone back down at the club. We will have all our Covid safety measures in place. So come on down for a bbq and the bar will be open at bar prices.
