23.01.2022 No one told me that when I became a father, things would look different to me. That things which I never really thought much of, would have all new meaning. Moments like Nahee and her father had during her wedding day. Before Penny, it was impossible for me to "really" understand how special these moments are. Now, though, I see the emotion of a lifetime raising a daughter, not just of one day. It makes me think of a possible future when I'm giving away Penny on her wedding... day. It's such a crazy thought to me right now, but I'm sure on that day, I will look back to when she was born, when she laughed for the first time, when she was a small child, when she started high school, learned to drive, got her first job, moved out. And I will cry the most blubbery tears. #russellstaffordphotography #sydneyweddingphotographer

09.01.2022 So yeah, 2020.. THAT WAS A YEAR! It's definitely been a rollercoaster for everyone, and we're no different! From the highs of seeing little Penny grow and learn every day, to the "soooo.. do we still have a job?" uncertainty of March/April. Looking back on the year, though, I will remember it quite fondly. After the initial shock, I was proud to see that our business was well set up to not only survive the pandemic, but thrive throughout it. I had more time with Penny durin...g her early life that I just wouldn't have had otherwise. Like a lot of you, I stopped taking certain things for granted, and felt very thankful and lucky to live this life, in this beautiful country, with this beautiful family. So, don't get me wrong, lets try for a better 2021, but I will look back on 2020 as a year with lots of clouds, and LOTS of silver linings. 09.01.2022 Like a lot of couples in 2020, Luke & Louise's wedding was postponed till 2021. Their original wedding date held such significance, though, they decided to have a small ceremony with their immediate families ahead of their 2021 big shabang!
