19.01.2022 ACONs Love Project - Living Older Visibly and Engaged, is delivering Wellness Weekends for People 50 plus and living with HIV. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/H...IVageing The link above is to a short survey which we would greatly appreciate you completing as fully and honestly as possible. It asks a few basic questions about you and about your interest in, and availability to attend a weekend. It asks you to nominate topics which youd like to know more about and give additional feedback on the design of the weekend. These weekends will be designed to complement existing programs and are open to ALL older people living with HIV, regardless of gender, sexual orientation or identity. They will be held at locations in regional NSW and in Sydney. They will concentrate on how you can self-manage your health and wellbeing after 50 while living with HIV. The weekends will also be an opportunity to re-connect with friends and make new connections with people who may become part of your ongoing support network. We are piloting a new format for the Wellness Weekends and we hope to get your feedbacks and learn how we can further develop programs for older people living with HIV. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HIVageing For more information please contact: Russ Gluyas (LOVE Project) 02 9206 2017 [email protected]

11.01.2022 Peter and Bon have loved each other for over 50 years. Five months ago Bon was told that he had months to live. Now, more than anything, theyd love to move the...ir wedding rings from their right to their left hands and be able to say Were equal. Tell pollies it's time for equality: www.equalitycampaign.org.au - Update -- It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we need to let the community know the wonderful Bon, Peter Bonsall-Boone, has died at home. He is survived by his loving partner of 50 years, Peter de Waal. Together they were life-long advocates and proud campaigners for LGBTI rights. Sadly they were never married. Vale Bon.
