(A symbolic arrangement of 7 items begi...nning with the letter S) -Sabzeh : a dish of new shoots of wheat - Samanua : sweet pudding made of wheat : germ - Senjed: Persian fruit -Serkeh : vinegar - Seeb: apple - Seer: garlic - Somaq: sumac I miss my mothers hug and kiss. I miss when my father opens Hafez's book to present me with a gift of money. I miss holding my brother and sisters hands as we pray for each other for a good year at exactly the time of the New Year. This year at 7.20am in Iran, 11.50am in Perth. Thank you for all your support over the past year,respecting my culture and sharing my traditional food, handmade from my mothers recipes. Happy Nowruz to all my friends and customers.
