01.01.2022 I have been playing around with a few Sponge Cake recipes of late, & after combining elements of 3 different recipes, I have now come up with a GLUTEN FREE SPONGE CAKE Whoo hoo! What you see here in the pictures, are 2 x 4 egg Sponges.... This is the ONLY size I make - these 2 Large Sponges will be sandwiched together with Vanilla Bean infused Whipped Cream, my Creme Patisserie (which is also GF) & topped with MORE CREAM & a selection of Berries Price depends on level of decoration you require, so I prefer to quote individually.
