16.01.2022 Jen (Jennifer Salter) attended one of our floral fields stool workshop and applied the same techniques on a wooden box back home! Isnt it gorgeous!! Shes added the rabbit from Alice in Wonderland on the box too! Thats what we hope to achieve - learn the technique at ours, and you can easily use it on your pieces and add your personal touch! If anyone asks, these ladies can now say with confidence, yep, floral fields are easy to paint! ... PS. 2nd photo shows Jens workshop stool behind her newly painted box.

11.01.2022 Every month, I come up with my own little furniture painting zine (self-published magazine) that I enclose for free with every new order of the month. This is a labour of love, and my way of giving back to all my customers. Each month's zine contains a different product sample, a centrefold mood board with real paint chips, and other information which I think my customers like :-) I am bent on doing this as a hardcopy and not an online newsletter/blog as I love the old-fashio...ned way of reading and page-turning. 10.01.2022 and These are totally gorgeous and new from Posh Chalk Interiors and at Rustic Farmhouse Charm! These are all high-quality products and I got excited thinking of what I could create with them. Here's my first real go using them to replicate a brocade look.... I've used the stencil (only $17!) as a base design and the following metallic pastes to create raised stencilling: Smooth Pastes - Red Alizarin, Rose Gold, Dark Green Textured Pastes - Vintage Gold , Pearl White The background blue is Dixie Belle's Moonshine Metallic in Pacific. I finished it off with Dixie Belle's Van Dyke Brown glaze. Hope you like the look!
