16.01.2022 Shout out to all our repeat clients! Covid has definitely thrown a spanner in the works for the event industry, but we are slowly getting back into the swing of things. Seeing repeat client enquiries roll in honestly makes our hearts so full and gives us the best kind of reality check. #lookingforwardto2021

16.01.2022 Don’t get me wrong people I’m all about supporting upcoming and small businesses. BUT I cannot stress enough the importance of only using Platter, Picnic box or Grazing table companies with all of the following credentials. They should be: - Council registered and kitchen certified - Food handling certified - Fully insured.... Let me confirm too, these are not options they are regulations and 100% required when operating a food business. In this day and age it is so important when hiring businesses for your events that you are hiring people that are following all the correct procedures to keep you and your guests safe. Sunshine Coast Council is constantly regulating the ‘pop up businesses’ however since Covid has hit so many have come out of the woodwork and are not following the correct procedures. I have a list of highly recommended companies whose details I’m constantly passing onto clients when we are unavailable. If you are ever unsure please get in contact with us and we will forward you onto the right people. Before booking an event- including pop up picnics with platters please make sure you are asking that business on whether they have all three credentials above. See more
