He took an even bigger step in 2010 moving from Amritsar, Punjab India to Australia. 16.01.2022 Yam joined our Rustik team in December 2019 as a fully qualified chef and Paul’s right hand man. Yam moved to Australia from Kathmandu, Nepal in 2016 and now calls Benalla home. Due to Covid-19 Yams wife has not been able to join him in Benalla, but we are hoping that she will be able to leave Darwin and join Yam very soon.
