30.04.2022 Woo hoo! We are stoked to have our song "Adios (means goodbye) from the album "Taste the Salt" added to the top 100 Indie songs on the Spotify Indie hitlist at number 62. It would be great to see more of our wonderful fans add us to their spotify playlists and get more songs listed. Have a great day all...

22.04.2022 Baby don’t go and Lethal brand from the album Taste the salt both get a play in South Australia’s Fleurieu fm alongside a heap of releases from great bands like The Smokin' Elmores, Hoodoo Gurus and Nicky Bomba .

06.04.2022 The Rusty Falcon Band www.rustyfalcon.com.au farewell tour has hit the covid skids kids and I can’t see the Falconators doing another gig for quite a few months. It’s a shame as the band had put the hard yards in and worked up a real head of steam. Aside from the album we had some rocking new songs that peeps loved dancing to but hey them’s the breaks. On another front most people will know how much effort and investment has been put into FOKI to get the event established, we will all miss the event tremendously. The organisers, crew, artists were all wonderful to work with and the event it self was magical and will be so again. Thanks to all that have supported the band over the last 3 years. We have a new video coming out and the music is always out there for your enjoyment! Grab a CD if you can! See ya when we are looking at ya!

18.03.2022 Not sure if this was widely known (but it was on King Island radio) but Yentl as anything and the Rusty Falcon Band were planning a NYE blast at the Currie club to bring in the new year for locals, vistitors and tourists. However with the emerging trend of the covid situation we have decided that it is in the communities best interest to cancel the show. We hope to bring a show to the K I club asap but it’s impossible to organise any indoor shows with any confidence atm. Keep your ears tuned and enjoy the new year good people!

04.03.2022 This guy rocks the guitar big time. Been awhile since I heard a rocking blues instrumental tune that made my ears ping

30.11.2021 Over the years I have met many of my musical heroes and I never ask for selfies or autographs. This guy Eddie was a real cool cat who wanted to talk about our band at that time and music in general. Elly found this as we are packing to move house and I was surprised as I dont remeber seeing it before. Anyhow cheers to you Eddie, you inspired me to write songs and continue my musical journey, thank you! PS I wore youger mans shoes then... PearlJam Eddie Vedder
