16.01.2022 Name change................changed the business and page name to Rusty's Blast Shop for a couple of reasons mainly as this was my first choice originally but was not allowed however ASIC check today revealed I could now register it and there is another business with a similar name so a change is often good

14.01.2022 Been doing some R&D with Todd Patterson from Wayne Patterson Motorcycle Centre and Bunbury Dyno on his Ducati 900SS restoration. Todd has been experimenting with dry blasting prep to speed up my process. The results have been been very successful in speeding up my services. The Link features some of our trials on his project, it's great to be involved in this industry and spend time with passionate people like Todd and play a part in their projects

12.01.2022 Done this display sample of my blasting process for Tony Day at Southern VTwin in Bunbury, the cases and timing cover are his so I blasted one case inside and out to create the before and after. They appear a little dull in the pics as they have a protectant spray on them for the enviroment they will be in etc. The inside of the timing cover has no spray on the surface.

10.01.2022 After experimting with Todd Patterson with dry blasting as a prep for vapour blasting I got the same setup as Todd and decided to try some used media I had stored for disposal etc. Tried it out on a stock Evo barrel I had.....came up a treat with dry blasting and super quick in comparison so a squirt with the vapour blasting machine and it's some bling straight away

07.01.2022 Z900 Kwaka (ultimate 70's muscle bike) job came in today for a full resto blast of the complete engine and some.............been sitting in pieces for 10 years so heavily oxidised plus this was the first of them with the painted engine.....started on the easy stuff first but still has to be dry blasted first the vapour blasted,
