12.01.2022 Kiama, a noteworthy coastal region located around 120km’s south of Sydney. The gem of a town can be characterised for its dramatic rocky coastline and beautiful sandy beaches. Tourists will often flock here to marvel at the famous Blowholes. Just north of Blowholes, the Kiama Coast Walk trail links the blowholes to the columns of Cathedral Rocks, another awe-inspiring beauty. Or if you’re just up for some relaxation, there’s a bevy of cafés along Terralong Street, grab a lat...te and a book and enjoy the salty sea air or a short walk down to the water through Hindmarsh Park and you’ve reached a small slice of heaven. Past a stunning row of larger than life palm trees, across the water (Kiama Harbour) to your right is the Kiama Fish Market and charter boats or continue walking straight ahead and enjoy a picnic and some down time, relaxing on the exceptionally well manicured lawns of Black Beach Reserve. And don’t forget to take a walk further out toward the water edge, hidden from view is the Continental Pool adjacent to the sea cliff.
