25.01.2022 Today's interview is with a full-time musician who knew these people existed? Christine shows us the evidence of God's care in her life. This was the last interview I recorded pre-COVID19. http://ruthamos.com.au/podcast/ep-69-christine/

22.01.2022 Yes. Flamethrowers. Things you can't do when the kids are in the church building :-)

22.01.2022 The final chapters of My Year of Saying NO and the final podcast for a while. Enjoy! http://ruthamos.com.au/po/ep-71-my-year-of-saying-no-final/

21.01.2022 Time for a COVID-19-appropriate chapter of My Year of Saying NO :-) When life says NO to you. http://ruthamos.com.au/po/ep-68-my-year-of-saying-no-ch-11/

20.01.2022 My podcast is back! And, as promised, quite different :-)

20.01.2022 Technical difficulties (like a lack of sleep and a lot of things to do) have meant that I haven't got to the podcast today. Sorry! I'll get there asap.

19.01.2022 Such a fantastic chat with Marion today. She tells stories that really blew me away, from her appendicitis at 3 months old in Africa, to her parents very unconventional courtship, to how life is for her now. Enjoy! http://ruthamos.com.au/podcast/ep-67-marion/

18.01.2022 Scary times. I'm changing website hosts. I hope it works! But for now (and for maybe 48 hours) the website is off-line...

18.01.2022 This is a beautiful story.

17.01.2022 I am hopeful, quite hopeful, that I have finished recording the audio for My Year of Saying NO. Now all I have to do is edit it all together :-)

16.01.2022 Here is the very best possible response to Donald Trump's urging the Churches to open "right away, this weekend." From the Bishop-elect of the Episcopal Church ...in the Diocese of Missouri, Deon K. Johnson: "The work of the church is essential. The work of caring for the lonely, the marginalized, and the oppressed is essential. The work of speaking truth to power and seeking justice is essential. The work of being a loving, liberating, and life giving presence in the world is essential. The work of welcoming the stranger, the refugee and the undocumented is essential. The work of reconciliation and healing and caring is essential. The church does not need to open because the church never closed. We who make up the Body of Christ, the church, love God and our neighbors and ourselves so much that we will stay away from our buildings until it is safe. We are the church."

15.01.2022 Now this one I love!

13.01.2022 Hilarious. Unless it's too close to home. But I just enjoy the fruits of the labour so I think it's hilarious!

13.01.2022 Maybe you need to say 'no' :-)

11.01.2022 I did it! A new podcast episode out today :-) http://ruthamos.com.au//ep-70-my-year-of-saying-no-ch-12-/

10.01.2022 Here it is! Here's the ping pong ball jar. I've been looking for this for ages. It's mentioned in My Year of Saying NO. So if you've read that bit and wondered what I was talking about, here it is.

10.01.2022 This goes so well with the chapter in Saying No about askers and guessers! And yes, I'm a lot like this.

08.01.2022 Here's a cartoon of me ejecting my mother out of my car at high speed. If you want to know why it's there, have a listen to the podcast :-) http://ruthamos.com.au/po/ep-66-my-year-of-saying-no-ch-10/

06.01.2022 Sheridan Voysey tells us why we're so tired right now, and what we can do about it. I know that I'm blessed to live in Tasmania with very few restrictions right now, but I'm feeling this still and maybe you are too. https://sheridanvoysey.com/lockdown-fatigue

05.01.2022 http://ruthamos.com.au/podcast/ep-73-daily-questions/ Here's a friendly chat with Scott from Ultra106.5 about daily questions you can ask yourself to keep on track with your year theme :-)
