24.01.2022 Today marks the 26th Anniversary since the founder of Kyokushin Karate passed away. I remember the night that my parents received the phone call that he had left this world. Mum and Dad were both in shock. Kyokushin Karate has brought many good people into our lives. Osu Sosai, thank you.

22.01.2022 Classes are back on this Saturday morning 8.30am at the Rutherglen Masonic Hall. The grading is only a few weeks away and a special time for my students as they grade for their first coloured belt. Class will go for a little longer for those that would like to say on for some additional training. Otherwise 8.30am-9.30am for everyone else.

21.01.2022 Osu my students Please remember that whilst we are not training in the dojo you are still able to login to the Karate Portal and practise using the online tutorials. Please let me know if you need your login details again. It’s a great tool to use and will help you to learn at your own pace. Zoom classes are still running through the Wodonga Dojo. I shall post details on this page if you would like to join in. I hope you are all well. I miss you all.

19.01.2022 Osu, there will be a class this weekend. Saturday morning 8.30am. I will confirm later in the week if it is to be outdoors or in the dojo.

18.01.2022 Osu, due to the Masonic Lodge Hall being unavailable to hire for the immediate future I can not confirm at this stage a re-start date for classes. I hope to be able to confirm very soon when we will be training again. Hopefully soon, I miss my students!!! I look forward to giving you all lots of push ups soon!

17.01.2022 Osu. Outdoor class will be cancelled. I’ve consulted about 4 different weather sites = all of them say 90% chance of . I will be in touch with those that booked today.

16.01.2022 Osu, weather permitting I will be holding an outdoor Karate session on Saturday mornings at the Rotary Park (senior citizen rooms end) 8.45am to 9.45am I can only have 10 students plus me. Please can you message me if you would like a spot. Existing students will have priority but I welcome new student enquiries. I look forward to seeing you all!!!!

12.01.2022 How quickly things change. Less than a week ago I posted a return date for classes. Unfortunately now I am sorry to report what we all know... sporting groups to cease.
