25.01.2022 I'm soooo excited to be performing the wedding ceremony for this gorgeous couple! Rebekah and Jonathon are getting married in November at Chapel Farm where there is a resident Alpaca. This animal lover can't wait. Oh, and obviously I am looking forward to performing their ceremony!

22.01.2022 Some photos from today's Swan Valley Wedding Open Day at Belvoir Homestead. I had a lovely day meeting the other vendors and the couples that came to see us.

18.01.2022 Megan and Fred had a lovely wedding planned with friends and family for March, but COVID19 spoiled the party. Booooo! Like a couple of little troopers they went ahead anyway with just me and the witnesses and were married in a stunning spot at Alkimos Beach. Lack of other guests did not dampen their day or their blindingly obvious love for one another. The only downside was not being able to hug them afterwards. Urrrgh!

17.01.2022 If you're looking for a down-to-earth, no-frills celebrant at at reasonable cost, come and see me at this event on the 2nd of August!

15.01.2022 Apart from the arch and table decorations being blown over by some unwelcome strong winds, Jenny and Michael's wedding in January went off without a hitch. The bride's dress was an absolute show-stopper and the groom scrubbed up quite nicely too. They got married surrounded by some truly happy and supportive guests ... and not a small contingent of nearby ducks! Photograph - Aaron Gort Photography

14.01.2022 I'm in photo #18.

13.01.2022 Just meeting Maddie and Nathan was a delight in itself. But getting to perform their wedding ceremony with their 2 dogs and cat in attendance ... heaven!! Despite being a five-person only wedding, there was lots of love and laughter and tail wagging. Grooms can be so funny at times. We even got a couple of friendly beeps and "congratulations!" from cars going by. Awww!

12.01.2022 The weather was not at all kind to Lisa and Doug when they got married in March. A beautiful outdoor wedding at Willow Pond was completely derailed by Perth's first torrential downpour this year. If you add to that me being too sick to perform the ceremony and my backup celebrant developing laryngitis, it would seem that we were doomed. But we all toughened up, moved the ceremony indoors and it was smooth sailing from then on. I loved this couple on sight and was so happy (regardless of being in the grip of a serious lurgy) to perform their wedding ceremony. Thank goodness for masks and hand sanitiser!

10.01.2022 The wedding style and pizzazz award goes to ... Liz and Mav! Check these two out! You could bottle that kind of chic! This gorgeous couple got married in March at Marlee Pavilion, Kings Park, which always provides a stunning backdrop for ceremonies. The day didn't disappoint and I was well and truly outdone in the fashion department by absolutely everyone who attended! Photography - Angela Gomez

10.01.2022 I absolutely loved meeting Emily and Jess and I can't wait to perform their ceremony next month! The only downside was that their adorable pooches were staying over at their fur-gran's place that night. Phoowie!!

04.01.2022 I was lucky enough to be recommended to Veronica and Aiden by Veronica's sister, Jess, who I performed a wedding for a few years ago. It should be noted that Jess also pretty much organised their entire wedding and did a fabulous job of it. Meeting the bride and groom and performing their ceremony in February was a giggle a minute, so it was no surprise that I left the venue with a big ole smile on my face!

03.01.2022 Threatening thunderclouds loomed over us as we prepared for Brittany and Kieren's wedding ceremony at Baldivis Farm Stay in March. Fortunately the rain held off. Oh who am I kidding? It BUCKETED down! The entire party was forced to gather everything up and leg-it for the barn. Thankfully more guests than I can count volunteered to carry all my equipment for me. Awww. Whilst the bride and groom didn't get the outdoor wedding they were hoping for, there was happiness aplenty amongst their friends and family. So happy to have been chosen as celebrant by this gorgeous couple. <3 Photography - Emma MacAulay

03.01.2022 Short and sweet. That's how I would describe the adorable Debbie and Matt. Well, Debbie is shorter than Matt so that counts. And that's also the type of ceremony I will be performing for them in less than a month. Can't wait to officiate for them and get to meet their lovely family and friends.
