21.01.2022 I'd like to speak with you if you either ... absolutely HATE your thighs and bum OR absolutely LOVE them... OR find yourself in a constant loop of criticizing your thighs and bum for being too large. I'm doing some research into the hormone, femininity, and emotional connection to thigh / but dismorphia. Help a curious woman out will ya ?

15.01.2022 Bodies are such wondrous things... Not just because they DO such awesome things, or operate so intricatley, or look so blooming marvelous - yes that's ALL bodies ! ... They are wondrous because they are an expression of who we are, a conduit between our soul and the physical realm, a daily sensory opportunity for discovering who we are, what we love, and the exquisite artistry of being alive. Appreciate that wondrous thing called your body, especially in the moments when you think and feel its not so great. Appreciating your body for what it is (not just what it can do or how it looks) is a path towards self love, self care, steady self esteem and greater capacity for acceptance of yourself and others.

To those who place their faith in their spiritual practice to keep them physically well To those who place their faith in a professional outside of themselves to tell them what's wrong and what to do about it... Ask yourself this one question. What does your torso / gut / stomach have to say about this?



14.01.2022 These are the kinds of images that are bandied about when speaking about obesity as disease to be despised and avoided at all costs. However what if a body is holding onto all that adipose tissue for a reason? How many of you have seen parts of yoir body expand and pad out and thought-... 'aw heck, I better do something about this before I end up a blimp, blob, disease ridden statistic...' And you enter into an insidious war with yourself in an attempt to avoid what has been demonized. what if the place where you start to pad out, grow,.expand is so much more than just a genetic anomaly you want to blame on your family? What if it is actually a clue to what you are trying to cover over, protect yourself from or keep suppressed? If you've got areas of your body you've been dreaming of spot reducing, Ar0eas of 'stubborn fat' Body type blaming (pear, apple,.avocado etc) OR what you want to believe is a slow metabolism or shifting hormones ... Please message me and let's have a conversation about what these areas.of expansion really represent in your life. But for heavens sake,.don't go to war with your body over it. Your body is always just representing and.showing.yiu what is going on at other levels.of your being.
