We also produce dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin which help regulate our moods.... By releasing these neurotransmitters through exercise we can trick our body to feel really high, we are creating new happy neural pathways in our brain. The more we create these happy neural pathways the more our body will connect those pathways, staying in an elevated state for longer
