25.01.2022 I have FINALLY found salmon. I have been searching for close to 3 weeks. Crispy skin salmon with Ponderosa sauce. Sauce 1/2 to 3/4 cups cream... 1/2 an onion diced 1/2 cup cheese Handful of spinach, roughly chopped. 1 to 2 teaspoons Ponderosa Spice Sautè the onion in some butter until it starts to go translucent. Add the Ponderosa Spice to taste. Add the cream and bring to the boil. Add the cheese and mix until melted. Remove from heat and stir in the spinach. You can use this sauce on many different things #crispysalmon #flavourista

23.01.2022 An easy snack. Half a block of cream cheese, 1 to 2 teaspoons of Apple and Beetroot Spice blend. Place the spice blend on a piece of cling wrap. Coat the block of cream cheese with the spice.... Wrap all together and roll into a log shape. Place in fridge for half an hour. Enjoy with your favourite cracker

15.01.2022 Had a big cook up today. Kristian got the smoker going and I have made some lchf "breakfast biscuits" (I will totally be eating them for lunch though). We have pork, chicken and beef here. There is still the brisket to come but that was done in the BBQ. The pork simply has salt and pepper on it. The chicken has Russian For Dinner spice blend.... Beef has Outback Ranch. The brisket has a home-made rub. And the breakfast biscuits have Stockmans Whip salt in the dough (fathead pizza recipe), the sausage patties have Ponderosa spice blend in them. This is not a usual thing for us, but it is great that we can make such AMAZING food with so little effort, thanks to these awesome products. See more

09.01.2022 Monday and Tuesday evenings are a really busy in our house because of extra circular activities. This week I tried something new. I bought pre-made kebabs, which in hindsight, was not very cost effective. Next time, I will make them myself. For today though this is what I have. I have put some olive oil on them and coated them with Russian for Dinner Spice Blend.... I will admit that making these myself would be definitely more cost effective for my size if family, but also, I can marinate the meat before putting on the kebab sticks (skewers). Of course, you can use whatever spice blend you want. Easy enough and quick for these busy nights.

09.01.2022 Oh my goodness!!!! How excited am I right now. The New Blends on the Block have arrived. I have new catalogues for people who would like one and a sample size of each too. If you would like a random one, let me know and I can send you one.

09.01.2022 Home made pulled chicken pizza. The base was made in my bread oven with Field Mushroom salt added. The pizza has Thyme For Garlic sprinkled over the sauce before adding ingredients on top.... Pulled chicken 4 or 5 chicken breast fillets (this will give you plenty of left overs for other things too) 1 1/2 cups bbq sauce 2 tablespoons Brown sugar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon divine-o balsamic Place all ingredients in your slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove chicken and shred using 2 forks and return to slow cooker to absorb sauce more while cooling. I used this in sandwiches for the kids, the pizza and have frozen portions of left overs for future use.

06.01.2022 My cup of Chill Chai So yummy.
