21.01.2022 Presentation Day 2020 This years presentation day for all junior teams will be October 31st and held at Cawley Park , Russell Vale. Here are the times for the different aged groups ... MINIROOS U6s (21 players) at 9am-9.20am 10 min. Break U7s (39 players) at 9.30am-9.50am 10 min. Break U8s (22 players) at 10am-10.30am 10 min. Break U9s (18 players) at 10.40am-11am 10 min. Break U10s (32 players) at 11.10am-11.30am 10 min. Break U11s (24 players) at 11.30am-11.50am 10 min. Break COMP U12s & U13s (38 players) at 12pm-12.30pm 10 min. Break U14s & U16s (29 players) at 12.40pm-1.10pm This year being at Cawley Park, the club will be only asking for only one person if possible to support the player and we be having groups no larger than 20 in each section. The club will have cones set out and the COVID Marshal will be advising the location of each team to ensure the social distances. Can you please ensure we all keep a distance of 1.5m if you are not from the same family. The players will be asked to go in one group of less than 20 and the parents of that team will be in another group of less than 20. If Coaches/Managers would like to come and get their teams medals and then present them somewhere in another location ,that will be fine too and probably help with the whole social distancing thing . Also it is COMPULSORY that all Coaches and Managers have to return their full kit bags and balls and any other items borrowed from the club , thank you !! Hope to see all players/teams there for one last Cobra celebration !

Russell Vale Junior Football Club Registrar The role of the Club Registrar is to supervise and be responsible for the proper registration of all players, coaches, and managers within the club. This involves all elements of the registration process, including the conduct of registration days and the proper recording of individuals details. The Registrar is expected to have good planning and organization skills and should be able to communicate with a wide range of people.The position is volunteered. Responsibilities Work with the committee to coordinate Season Registrations Take player details at registration days at commencement of season. In conjunction with the Club Secretary, Set up Terms and conditions and additional questions sections in playfootball.com.au Take responsibility for the integrity of the Club’s data in FFA’s playfootball.com.au, the national player registration database In conjunction with Club treasurer process registrations and approve players for team selection in playfootball.com.au Set up team allocation lists in playfootball.com.au and a database, allocate players to lists and email team lists to each team manager Approve coaches, managers & volunteers registered in playfootball.com.au Maintain Club Player, Coaches and Managers database, this includes photos and ‘Working with Children’ details Registrar shall be responsible for all players registering, registration cards, and deregistering of players Process cancellation requests after consultation with Club Treasurer and relevant committee members Prepare a list of players for each age group for distribution to team coaches and managers. Provide information as required to enable player records to be maintained. Liaises with the President and Committee as and when required Keep your Club committee informed of the status of registrations. We have a great committee that works well together and assists each other in making this a great club to be involved in and manage.

18.01.2022 August 7, 2020 Attention all Coaches & Managers Please keep in contact with your team’s parents and keep them informed about the upcoming games and times of kick off.... Just in case of late changes or the weather maybe start a Facebook Page, Whats App group or anything that can help with communication amongst each other. We try update the website us much as we can with changes but in the end it comes down to what Football South Coast allow and they forward the info to our club. Below is a link to the fixtures page on the Football South Coast page. https://websites.sportstg.com/assoc_page.cgi As for ground closures for upcoming games , all we can do is constantly go to the below link which is controlled by the Council and they update it at their own discretion and hope the ground we need to be open ,to be open for the kids to play on. 18.01.2022 Team Photos Hi All Coaches and Managers, Attached is the Photo Schedule for this Saturday that will be held at Cawley Park this Saturday 19/9/20... We appreciate that there will be some inconveniences but if you can work with the schedule than it will be appreciated. It may mean that your team has to warm up before your game, take a photo and then play your game. So bring your smiles and we hope to see y’all there. Speak to your teams managers/coaches if problem making it.

14.01.2022 Based on information received from the Chief Health Officer, here are some key points in relation to the easing of restrictions from this weekend: Interregio...nal community sporting competitions may recommence without restricting these activities to regions or zones, provided there is a COVID-19 Safety Plan in place; More than one parent may now attend community sporting activities if physical distancing of at least 1.5 metres can be maintained between people that are not from the same household; Non-essential adults should continue to be excluded from sporting activities; Community sports organisations and participants should continue to avoid shared travel arrangements such as car pooling and bus travel; Continue to minimise gatherings before and after the event; and Ensure strict compliance with all other elements of the COVID-19 Safety Plan. 11.01.2022 Back to back Grand Final Champions A huge congratulations to our Under 16s Girls team who have claimed Back 2 Back Grand Finals beating a red hot Woonona team 1-0 thanks to a great goal by Charlotte Basham !!! The interrupted year and weather wasn’t enough to stop our girls and Super Coaches Scotty and Damo from becoming Back to Back Champs after winning last in u14s ...
