The programme engages with students from disadvantaged areas and looks to provide a link to higher education through the sport of rowing. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to get some more hands on experience in coaching especially those with ambitions towards their Level 1 or 2 coaching accreditation's, though any coach or experienced rower who want to give back to their sport are welcome to nominate their interest.
