Rx-Manager has been used by a growing number of practitioners worldwide for the past decade in the form of a desktop application. This new cloud edition has integrated the best of open source technology making it more powerful, extensible and adaptable. Rx-Manager has always been proudly open source.

22.01.2022 Keep in mind there is a key difference between Rx-Manager and most other clinic management cloud services = that difference being that with Rx-Manager you own the code. You can access, view and edit the code. You pay once to own it. It is yours!

19.01.2022 Accounting Update Bank Reconciliation Reconciliation is a process of matching and ensuring whether the balance is in sync with the amount in the bank account. This was one of the most requested features by our community and now you can reconcile all of your accounts in two shakes. Reconciled incomes/expenses get protected so they can’t be edited and/or deleted.... Multiple, Compound, Inclusive Taxes Financials are affected by regulatory taxes and each company has different country-specific taxes to adhere to. Now you can add multiple taxes, make the tax inclusive, and apply a compound tax to any invoice item. Invoice Columns, Steps, and Link Our community has asked several times on how to customise the column names of the invoice such as use Hour instead of Quantity so we’ve added such a feature in this release. We’ve also added a step by step guide after creating the invoice so you could easily see its status and take action. Comes with the Unique Invoice Link feature which allows you to send the link to your customer so they could make the payment without having to login. Wizard The installation of is pretty easy. However, starting the invoicing and accounting process may require some additional steps such as entering business details, creating currencies and taxes etc. which are located on different pages. Just after the installation process, the quick start wizard will show up and allow you to enter all of the requires easily. It can also be skipped. Reflect Recurrings In the 1.2 version, we added the recurring feature but the upcoming income/expenses of the recurrences were not reflected in their related months. This version ads this feature and allows to show a clear forecasting. Advanced Filters Creating and listing incomes/expenses and see the reports is important. However, being able to filter them by date, account, category, customer etc is yet so important and the 1.3 version comes with advanced filters and multiple selection features. Automated Tests In addition to manual tests, this version ships with automated feature tests, to increase stability 3 New Languages Lithuanian, Macedonian, and Slovak added. Bug Fixes We’ve also fixed lots of bugs in this release such as print and pdf layout, SSL in email links, remember me not working, categories in transactions page, MySQL 8 compatibility and a lot more.

08.01.2022 Rx-Manager Raspberry Pi is here! For cloud and/or in-house mini server Rx-MPi2.0 is feature rich. Wifi and Bluetooth enabled, 4xUSB, various stacks available.

05.01.2022 Rx-manager 2.0 on the road to Ultra Sound. Some of you/ex-students may remember I have been dabbling with the idea of portable U/S. The chips for these tools are under $10USD (the chip itself) ...then of course the circuit board and housing is required. I'm a slow cook, so these things will take a while to eventuate from the Rx-Manager stable. (hope to roll out our first beta testing of medical device synchronisations in 2019) ... iQ are a successful startup who should be releasing goodies for under $2000. While the Chinese marketplace has even cheaper alternatives. hopefully Rx-Manager will get our own brand rolling out in the next year or two. Until then we'll keep an eye on iQ and see how it all rolls out.
