25.01.2022 Dear Facebook, We are up and running at FBP CrossFit ion Browns Plains. Here's a few things you might want to know: 1) Appointments are available from 1130am - 7pm Monday and Thursday... 2) You can book through msging me on here or on my mobile (0434 393 497) 3) Prices are as follows: 1hr massage $60 1hr dry needling and massage $70 4) Shorter appointments are avail 5) Longer appointments are avial 6) Sessions don't have to be purely massage. If, for example, you struggle with Overhead Squats we can spend some time fixing the issues and then I can give you some direction on what to do to move better. I have had a lot of success with Muscles Ups and Olympic lifts but also with just finding a way to move more efficiently in a WOD 6) Health care rebates are available for ALL health care funds smile 7) You don't have to wait until you are broken to come see me, anyone who is training 4+ times a week should be getting a massage AT LEAST every 4-5 weeks to make sure we don't get injured. Injuries usually creep up on us and can be avoided with a little bit of care for the body. 8) Just because you have had an injury for a long time doesn't mean you have to keep putting up with it. I have had some great success with getting rid of long term niggley shoulder or knee pain that has been around for as long as the client can remember.
