From the early Tension days through to World Tour competition and nowadays being a Father, Husband and owner of bodyboard brands and Bodyboard Schools, living with Bipolar Disorder has played a huge part of my life and shaping the person that I am today. I hope to inspire people towards ...health and happiness through whatever challenges life throws at them and I hope that by speaking out about my challenges with bipolar I can help people to find the courage to speak out about their struggles and find support through whatever means necessary (groups like MAWS are a great start!) to start the journey in finding the best version of themselves.
