18.01.2022 #100days100percent Challenge Day 8 Update Ok so 1 week into the Challenge and all has been spot-on so far. I have exercised every day, followed the Nutritional Plan including 2 x fasting days and haven’t had any alcohol. I’ve finished reading 2 books (The Compound Effect and Beach Money); drank 3 litres of water each day and took photos on Day 1 with next progress photos due on Wednesday.... Excited to say, I have had 11 people join me on the Challenge and would love to grow this number to 100 by the end of the Challenge and then I’ll have to change the name to #100days100percent100people !!! Remember it’s all about playing at % for 100 days, nothing more, nothing less. You are welcome to follow my 5 components or make up your own, it’s YOUR Challenge and you can start anytime you like. My response to this question is Empathy. Empathy is the ability to step into the shoes of another person aiming to understand their feelings and perspective, and to use that understanding to guide our actions.... As a Mortgage Broker, we must always act in the Best Interests of our clients, so being an individual who is naturally empathetic towards others, will go a long way to guaranteeing long term success.

The only way I could earn more within the Bank was with a recognised degree which meant spending the next 4-6 years part-time studying at Uni. . Instead of going down this path, I started to explore Mortgage Broking as a career. I spoke to a few guys I knew who had done this and the best piece of advice I received was to choose a business name that... when people asked what you do, it’s easy for them to quickly understand. I therefore chose Ryan Home Loans, registered the business name and developed my business plan. . I remember sitting down at the kitchen table presenting my Plan and projections to Sharon who, as always, was super supportive and said I’ll back you 100% in whatever it is you want to do!!! . My original goal was to simply exceed my current income, which I believed I could achieve within the first 3 years. Fortunately, this goal was achieved within the first year and I have never looked back. . In the past 22 years, I have seen so many changes in the mortgage broking industry which has experienced incredible growth and popularity.
