You MUST check these guys out ... Josh got creative with some of their prawns and fresh veg whilst I did a crowd pleaser using @stirling.ranges.beef mince and some left over roast vegetables! Something like this doesnt happen overnight and I am so LUCKY to have the team I do with me to make planning events easy, fun and so successful! To the teams, KCBS judges & Rob and Karina from KCBS thank you SO much for coming along this weekend and showing us how these events work, these people and their passion for cooking (and drinking) is amazing and hats off to you all for being out there rain, hail or shine we cant thank you enough or be happier with the outcome WELL DONE to those who took home prizes - well deserved To those who helped me and got me through thank you for all your support and to those who made the trip to bunbury it realllly does mean the world to us - believe me! Theres close to $11000 on the line and someone is going to take home the $2500 for Grand Champion and $1250 for the Reserve Grand Champion and the winner getting an entry into the biggest BBQ competition in the world, the American Royal. With over two thirds of the teams being relatively new teams, if youve ever thought of having a crack, theres no better time to grab a mate and show us what youve got!
