24.01.2022 We recently took delivery of this brand new, purpose built, Australian Made, 8 metre hydraulic cylinder service bench. This update of our strip bench gives us the ability to handle larger cylinders safely and easily. The optional nut cracker can produce a whopping 25,000 Ft.Lb of torque in tightening or loosening. We use this bench for stripping cylinders for disassembly and assembling cylinders once we have replaced worn seals or components and for removing and installing ...piston nuts and glands on large cylinders. Stay tuned as we will post pictures and videos of large cylinders being stripped and serviced as they come through our workshop. 08.01.2022 Where did it all begin? Well, in 2010 Chris purchased a new truck and started an independent franchise with RYCO 24.7 in Sydney's south-west region. Chris established a mobile hose service and based himself out of his parent’s garage. Within 6 months he outgrew the garage and he found a 300m3 industrial unit in Ingleburn to set up shop. At the same time, he brought on board his first team member who looked after the service counter whilst Chris fulfilled the mobile service ...and workshop repairs. Chris’ reputation for his reliability and knowledge in and around hydraulics preceded him and he grew his team to 3 mobile service trucks. And in 2016 RYCO 24.7 Ingleburn won the Small business of the year and the overall business of the year out of 150 finalists in the Local Business awards Campbelltown region.

05.01.2022 Michael is one of our senior hydraulic technicians. Specializing in Hydraulic Cylinder rebuilds at our Ingleburn facility he also heads to sites in his purpose built hydraulic service truck if our clients require his service. Mick started with us as an MCS (Mobile Connector Specialist) and quickly found his love of hydraulic engineering and especially cylinders. We are convinced Michael may be related to MacGyver as he always finds solutions to difficult and complex hydraul...ic issues. When he is not MacGyvering Mick loves to get outdoors in his 4X4, camping and 4WDriving with his mates and family. He also loves motorcycles with his current ride being a 2020 HONDA Grom. Mick is a great mentor to our apprentices and in return is well respected by them. Thanks for your passion and dedication to your role Michael.
