11.01.2022 Today; we called for some extra assistance from our friends at Pride Automotive. We received a call from one of our hirers that the brakes are slowly starting to squeak. To us; that’s a sign that the brakes are wearing down and that we would need to complete a safety inspection in accordance with our policies. Within 15 minutes; we had contacted our customer to organise and arrange fitment of brake pads so our hirer can continue working with that extra piece of mind. We are... highly serious on driver and passenger safety. Our 24/7 roadside assistance division was organised for fitment of brake pads; something that would have been marked as considerable time off the roads for the client by other companies; we had the brake pads organised, on and fitted within 9 hour turn around from point of contact to finish. We help our customers as much as possible; and we go to great lengths to ensure we can keep you moving, even if it’s fitting brake pads at 7:30pm at night.
