18.01.2022 There were 21 in attendance last week, Tim from BJC if in the middle and our littlest attendee, Caleb, held by his mother Naomi who takes our warm water class ....... when the pool is working! He likes being spoiled by everyone ....... Monica (dietitian) had to leave after her talk which was enjoyed by everyone!

17.01.2022 So sorry everyone that our group cannot meet until all this Covid 19 virus has been contained and the Club has reopened. So for now please stay safe. Self isolate as much as possible. Let me know if you are having difficulties. Happy to talk you through or help in anyway possible My husband and I are staying home now and no one is entering our apartment. Luckily the lift was fixed last week after 7 weeks out of service. I am only going out to medical appts.... Wishing you all good health Love Mary xx

13.01.2022 Family let Bob Hill attend this function with a group of us from the Guild and Friends of Addington, he had two glasses of champers and had a great outing! Was a privilege to take him on his first outing in a year and he did really enjoy it! Now he wants one ..... when he retires! He has recently turned 97!

Tim Lee our physio from BJC Healthcare will be coming to speak about aids for daily living. Please bring along any aids you can show the group...or if it's too large bring a photo. Love to see you all there...We will have some Halloween treats too.
