07.01.2022 With the ease on Covid-19 restrictions from today we have taken the time to make the tough decision to not open our Embers Restaurant immediately. We will continue with our takeaway and in-room dining options, however all food and beverage services will not be available from Mon 25th May until 1st June. We have some focused maintenance to improve our Kitchen to better service our outlets. It is likely we will reopen our Embers Restaurant towards the middle of June, subject ...to the continued improvement of trading restrictions. Our Chefs are working on some great new menu items and hopefully we can share these with you in the near future.
