06.01.2022 One of our clients recently held their conference at Rydges World Square Hotel, Sydney and experienced the incredible new events concept 'Events by Amber’. Th...eir vision is to create events with restaurant quality food, while responding to the current demands of the meetings industry. @amberrestaurant located on the lobby level of Rydges World Square was opened in March 2020 and was created around providing quality produce from local suppliers that use sustainable produce and support local community. The Head Chef, David Yang and our Amber Head Chef, Parveen Prasad are both industry leaders in culinary philosophy. In collaboration, they have created the Events by Amber menu that features braised Wagyu Short Rib with Truffle Pommes puree, Angus Strip Loin steak and Crispy Skin Salmon. Current circumstances presented a unique opportunity to challenge the way this venue would usually facilitate conference and events.
