It helps to know what you are eating but more importantly some lesser calorie volume foods for my satiety. 10.01.2022 FOOD LOVERS PT Courtney here with some meal ideas for your plates I have been in a deficit now for 3 weeks. The choice was made as I got to my heaviest on the scales ever and that really scared me. Since isolation I have lost motivation to train, started snacking and gaming constantly and also ate soooo much chocolate but not only over Easter. I lost my will power and control over food. I just could not be bothered. ... As the scales crept up, once again. I just decided that I was over it, had enough. Felt like absolute crap. My mental health, my asthetics, my digestion system hated me. Set myself a 6 week challenge goal - get healthy & look amazing! I am 3 weeks in, 3.6kg loss and 32.9cm down (8cm around my waist). 01.01.2022 I have had a chat with a few clients about the hardest part in starting their journey and what got them through it and some inspiration for those starting fresh or again. I spoke to Wendy about how she just set herself up into a routine. Not allowing herself that 5, 10, 15 minutes extra in bed as she would then find the excuse not to go to the gym. 'Oh it's too late now' or 'it's not worth the short workout', 'I am too tired', 'the bed is warm' etc. Having a devil and angel ...sitting on her shoulders procrastinating the world. She just sets the alarm, gets up, dressed and out those doors. Having days where she didn't want to train, lacking energy and drive. But in the end, ever so grateful to set the routine and push through those days to get her the results we were looking for.
