It had plenty of setup issues that made it virtually unplayable as well as an ugly headstock repair that needed work, and was in desperate need of expert hands. In short time, Ty had it back to me in a much better condition. The headstock repair is now unnoticeable, a factory finish has been restored and best of all, ...it plays like I've just picked it up off the sales room floor. 09.01.2022 Just repaired a neck break (third one!) on a Gibson Thunderbird. Break was so bad, I had to bridge it with an insert. Worked really well, solid, keeps its tune.... Heres what Jeff Kay, the owner, had to say: "My guitar had a badly broken headstock that I was convinced was a lost cause.
