25.01.2022 To all instructors and students I just wanted to let everyone know that I have had a medical emergency. My son Sempai Chris will be taking all my classes as from the 22nd July,l ask that if there are any black belt instructors free to give him a hand with all the classes.I would be very appreciative. 17.01.2022 KYOSHI’S MESSAGE :Just message to all students, I as the head of style go from school to school and teach from time to time when I’m not running my classes. I think back to myself when leaving class as to the black belt students whom I have graded in my dojo. The dedication needed to achieve a black belt. But yet I don’t see any of them in any class. This really saddens me to think of all the hard work that your sensei has done in the years to get you there.In karate we show ...that gratitude by promoting your Sensei and the style through your expertise as a black black belt showing new students that this is what they can achieve. In our style alone I have graded over 30 people to shodan. (Black Belt ) And I see a very few still active and training I don’t know why people think that black belt is the completion of your journey in the martial arts.when in fact it is the beginning of now really starting to understand the techniques. ALL Ryu Bujitsu Kai Karate black belts get back to class and do your Sensei Proud as he did when you achieved your goal to become a black belt. Saddened by this message I had to write as everybody knows my passion towards our style and our black belt students. Regards, Kyoshi

10.01.2022 To all members of Ryu Bujitsu Kai Karate. I wanted to bring it your attention that last week I had a meeting with Richard Awad one of our styles branch instructors. Discussions Led to after many long years together as his teach.Richard notified me and confirmed with a letter of resignation that he and the Carlton dojo are resigning from Ryu Bujitsu Kai Karate.He will endeavour to move forward on his own,not carrying or been part of the style Ryu Bujitsu Kai Karate from this ...day on. We would like to express that this separation from the style may have an impact on some existing members and senior ranks of our style training at the carlton dojo.please let it be known shall any student wish to remain with our style Ryu Bujitsu Kai Karate holding onto there current grade.Please contact me to do so or any of the other branch instructors.
