So many times I have people come to me with (often complex) legal issues that have arisen from not seeking sound legal advice. This is at the forefront of the conveyancing world today with a breach in emails leading to $250,000 fraudulently going to an account of a hacker, rather than a Vendor, following their property settlement. Im a big advocate for the time saving implications of PEXA (and the bringing about of conveyancing into the 21st century) however it appears that as it rolls out, therell be some teething issues too (and this one being major).
