05.01.2022 Insan travmayi uc duzeyde yasar: Dusunsel "Olecegim", Duygusal -korku- ve fiziksel -kavga, kacma ve donma modudur- Dolayisiyla psikolojik tedavi gorurken sadece konusma tedavisi travmanin cozulmesinde etkili bir yontem olmaz. Psikolojik tedaviyi uygularken kisinin sadece dusunce sistemiyle degil, sinir sistemi ile calismak gerekir. Bu anlamda benim tecrubelerim EMDR veya Sensory Motor denilen tedavi yontemlerinin cok etklili tedavi yontemleri oldugunu yonundedir. Trauma happe...ns in three levels. Thinking " I am going to die", emotional -fear- and sensory -bodily reactions, fight, flight and freeze/collapse response-. Therefore, talking therapy will not be efficient by itself. Considering trauma happens in three levels, therapist needs to engage with his/her clients in three levels. My experience EMDR and sensory motor is very efficient tools when working with traumatised clients. See more
