For those who don't know I am Peruvian and I am very proud of our amazing food! This is Lomo Saltado, my hubbies favourite dish and definitely a crowd pleaser! 08.01.2022 Creamy leek and potato soup. This is the easiest and best thing to have on a cold day! So simple too. Simple Sautee the leek in a little butter and then add the peeled cubed potatoes to your pot and add water to boil. Blend it and season to taste!
