Not only is Byron Bay just an incredible place it has given myself and Jess that little break that we needed, physically and mentally! 2020 has definitely been a wild and challenging time for us but we have made it to where we are now and still pushing through! . You never really know how much you need a break and some time to rest and reflect until you take it... and if you know me then you know how stubborn I am so it is difficult for me ...to actually take that break . So please take care of yourselves and give yourself that rest that you need and deserve, it may be a couple of days or a week but just take it! Not just stopping there, but listening and following up if you have a feeling something is off... I know a lot of you - including myself - use the gym as an outlet when stressed and to maintain our mental health but never feel as though you can reach out to myself, Jess or any other the trainers. I’m proud of the team we have and am confident in saying that we may not have all the answers but we will always go out of our way to make sure we find them Take care of each other

10.01.2022 HAPPY MONDAY LEGENDS Heres 3 tips to help you make the most of this week: Set yourself 1 goal for this week! Could be go to the gym 3 times, walk every day or even no takeaway during the week!... Make your bed before you leave! It’s an odd one but it’s been shown that if you start your day by making your bed you set yourself up for a productive day Don’t be so hard on yourself! If you fall, help yourself back up - don’t keep yourself down! We make mistakes and that’s ok but it’s what we do after those mistakes that show us who we really are! You can’t succeed without failure so learn from your mistakes and your down periods and kick ass!

The last 6 weeks have definitely been tough and honestly, it felt like the gym was just a part time job and I was rushing around like a nutter.... but I’M BACK! 01.01.2022 Something I hear a lot from my clients is OMG LOOK AT MY FACE! And I’m like yep...? what about your face? Training shouldn’t be about looking good or controlling your interesting sounds (I’ve definitely heard and made many). Put your focus on what you’re doing and how you’re doing it and don’t worry about how you look... training shouldn’t be pretty haha So here is a little video of some of the lovely facials I make when I train!
