16.01.2022 Hi here at SA Composters we are lucky enough to keep open and serve all our customers gardening needs and we have indeed been extremely busy. So much so we are going to close the whole Easter weekend from 5.30pm on Thursday 09/04/20 until we re open on Tuesday 14/04/20 at 7am to give our staff a much needed break. We wish all our customers a happy Easter.

15.01.2022 Seeds is the current buzz word and here at SA Composters we stock Eden seeds which are no hybrid or GMOS. Just last week we received the Autumn/Winter selection so plenty of beans, peas, broccoli and carrots to name a few

Clean it up and start adding some compost matter to your soil to get it all ready...Here we are a one stop shop, bring your green waste to us, stock up on some logs for the fire and also pick up some compost and/or fertilisers for your garden!

08.01.2022 What a tumultuous summer we are having blistering hot one minute and almost wanting the heating on other days...well lets take advantage of the cooler days and get out into the garden and see what needs to be done. With the recent rain we had plants and lawns are looking a bit healthier again and might need some TLC-remember where to look for all your gardening needs

07.01.2022 Winter is definitely here -cold, wet and grey. Much as we love just to sit beside the heater and forget about the garden there is plenty that can be done. It is great to add mulch to your garden in winter in order to keep root temperatures stable. Adding compost at this time will also add vital organic nutrients to your soil. There are certain vegetables you can still grow: cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli. kale ,silver beet to name a few. Mulch, compost, soil and seeds can all be got here are SA Composters !!

06.01.2022 Logs, Logs wonderful logs-ever thought of logs as a landscaping feature: using them for outdoor table and chairs, around fire pits , playgrounds and so on. We have plenty of them here for sale in all shapes and sizes. Call in to our depot on Liston Road to have a look. The last photo is an example of how they were used at a local school.
