17.01.2022 It is with great sadness that we farewell two of our staff members, Mallory and Lauren. Lauren, our Community Project Officer, has finished up and taken on a physiotherapist role at Sports and Arthritis Clinic. Mallory, our Marketing and Events Officer, finishes up this Friday to take on an Event Coordinator position at Donato Reception Centre.... We will miss them both and wish them all the best in the next steps in their careers.

Community Forum: Concussion in Sport & Sideline Help Workshop It will be a great afternoon of learning for those who are involved with Sport, Recreation and School groups. These workshops are aimed at coaches, players, parents, committee members, officials and volunteers who would like to learn more about Concussion and Injury Prevention and Managem...ent. 04.01.2022 With temperatures set to soar over the next couple of days, we all need to take extra care of ourselves and others...especially when it comes to being active If you plan on exercising make sure you take appropriate steps to do this safely: Stay hydrated Rest in a shaded area...
