09.01.2022 **EXPRESSION OF INTEREST** Hi FB community, I am looking for U18 Aboriginal females who would like to join our new Football Club in the Adelaide Amateurs League... for 2021! We're looking for, disciplined and determined players who are willing to give it a good fair crack! And to also enjoy and have fun, in a friendly environment with friends and family. Family members are more than welcome to help and volunteer if they would like to, all support is needed. The team name and guernseys will be designed and voted from the players, I would like to encourage all the players to get involved with it. Player registration fees will need to be paid but we are there to help out players if we can. This is something new for me, I always enjoyed being a community person and I would love to see more young Indigenous girls get involved. I know young Aboriginal girls can be shy and sometimes intimidated in trying new things, but please give it a crack, bring a friend, family member to join you. Feel free to give me a msg, I will be in the background working towards this goal, but I need you all to help me out and get interested with me. Please share if you'd like. Link to girls page also. Thanks, Shaq. https://www.facebook.com/groups/413144836327276/?ref=share

Throughout the past semester, students and teachers worked with Nancy to learn about the First Nations tradition of 'Songlines', and work together to create their own modern Songline in the spirit of reconciliation. We've also created an education resource so that your students can learn more about Songlines and create their own songs in response to the NAIDOC Week theme.
