18.01.2022 Stretching the psoas can be a tricky thing. Even though it is often tight and causing the pelvis to tilt anteriorly, negatively impacting the lower back, in NKT... we find it to be neurologically under active. This means it is weak and tight, and should not be stretched, but rather activated/strengthened. Stretching a weak muscle can cause a rebound effect, and actually make it tighter! I’m wondering if you can help. I have a beautiful kelpie female that needs to be re-homed. Dash is an energetic, intelligent six year old girl. She is desexed, microchipped, up to date with all vaccinations, flea and worming treatment. Dash would suite an active family who could take her on long runs/walks every day or a rural property. She has come from excellent working parents and shows plenty off willingness to want to work stock. With some training and the right person she could become a very useful working dog. Dash has been brought up around a wide variety of domestic pets as well as livestock(except cats). Very regrettable decision but I only want what’s best for Dash. See more
