15.01.2022 I thought I might take a second to talk about drums, specifically my studio kit courtesy of Drummania This is a Mapex Saturn Series kit in the mesmerising Galaxy Burst finish. It's made from maple and walnut which gives it great attack with plenty of depth for low tuners like me. The vintage Rogers Powertone snare drum (1963-73) was actually a shed find from a Gumtree listing, they had no idea what they were sitting on!

13.01.2022 Things have been a little quiet on this page, sorry about that! Life has a way of taking your focus away from the things that really matter to you but over the last month or so, Saber Studios has returned to my attention and there are some really exciting projects in the works. Over the next week, I'm going to show you some of that action and I'd love to hear your thoughts. Watch this space

11.01.2022 This is what my studio space currently looks like. It's okay, but it's certainly not what I picture in my head when I think "home studio" HOWEVER, things are about to change quite dramatically as we prepare to convert this mostly unused garage space into something much more in line with my vision of a suitable place of juicy media business Stay tuned!

As some of you may already know, I've picked up a new camera for the first time in many years! The Sony A7iii is everything I hoped it would be and more. As someone that needs one reliable daily driver for high quality photo and video, the flexibility that it offers me is fantastic. Stay tuned for more
